This is a fun and exciting idea if you like a big crowd witnessing your proposal, and are into both music and live entertainment. Again, you can have this taped by someone in hiding where she won't see. Take her to a spot where there are live performers on the street singing, dancing, and acting.
If you can't think of a spot, you can do a search online or ask a friend or co-worker. Speak to the performer before hand to set this up. You can tip the performers so they can take care of you and make sure it goes smoothly. Pick your favorite song you have together and have the performer play it as you are walking with her on the street. As you hear your favorite song, you stop to listen with her.
The performer then asks you to come up next to him. He tells you: "I heard that you have something you need to do. And you need to do it right here in front of everyone." At this point, you act shocked initially in front of her and whisper in her ear "what is this guy saying?"
You go up to the front, take the microphone, and express your feelings towards her, kneel down and propose. You will definitely get a big audience and loud applause and cheer for this performance! You can follow with something more romantic at home, or go out to a nice restaurant for dinner and dancing.
